Our guarantee: fourteen days
If the paid access is not what you expected, write to us within fourteen days of your purchase and we refund you in full. You do not have to justify your decision. We will ask one question, to help us improve, and you are free not to answer it.
This guarantee is offered by ARENA (EURL, RCS Lille Métropole 934 277 344, 229 rue de Solférino, 59000 Lille, France), which operates RBTPracticeExam.io.
How to ask
Send an email to support@rbtpracticeexam.io from the address you used at checkout, with the word refund in the subject line. Nothing else is required.
We answer within two working days. Once approved, the refund is issued to the card you paid with. Your bank usually credits it within five to ten working days; that delay is on their side, not ours.
Access to the paid material ends when the refund is issued.
After fourteen days
Beyond fourteen days, access is generally final, because the content is delivered digitally and in full at the moment of purchase. We still refund in three situations, whenever they occur:
- A duplicate or accidental payment. You were charged twice, or bought twice by mistake.
- A technical failure on our side that prevented you from accessing what you paid for, and that we could not fix.
- A payment you did not authorise. Tell us and we refund it, then help you secure the account.
Free content
The practice quizzes, mock exams and study guides that are free require no payment and no account, so nothing is refundable there.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, write to us first: a refund takes two days, a chargeback takes weeks and closes the account automatically. We have never refused a request made in good faith within the guarantee period.

This policy adds to your legal rights, it does not replace them. Consumers in the European Union: see section 6 of the Terms and Conditions regarding the right of withdrawal for digital content made available immediately.
