RBTPracticeExam.io is published and operated by ARENA, a French single-member limited liability company (EURL) with a share capital of €100, whose registered office is at 229 rue de Solférino, 59000 Lille, France, registered with the Lille Métropole trade register under number 934 277 344 (SIRET 934 277 344 00016, VAT FR69934277344). These Terms govern your use of the website and any purchase you make on it. By using the site or buying access, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. What we provide
The site provides digital study material for the Registered Behavior Technician® certification exam: practice questions, full-length mock exams, flashcards, study guides and answer explanations. Everything is delivered online. Nothing is shipped.
Part of the material is free and requires no account. Paid access unlocks the member area described on the pricing page at the time of your purchase.
3. No affiliation with the BACB, and no guarantee of a result
Registered Behavior Technician® and RBT® are registered trademarks of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.® (BACB®). This site is an independent preparation resource. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or accredited by the BACB®, and it does not deliver, replace or shorten any official requirement.
Our questions are written to reflect the format and the content areas of the RBT Task List. They are not official exam questions and they are not drawn from the real exam. Preparing with this site does not guarantee that you will pass. The exam structure, fees and eligibility rules are set by the BACB® and by Pearson VUE, and can change without notice; always check their official documents.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give at registration and checkout, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Accounts are personal. Sharing your credentials, or giving several people access to a single paid account, is a breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension without refund.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the page where you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number. Your access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Paid access is a single payment that opens the member area for twelve months from the date of purchase. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again. At the end of the twelve months, access to paid material stops; the free material remains available.
We may change our prices at any time. A change never affects an access you have already paid for.
6. Right to change your mind, and refunds
Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because our content is digital and made available immediately, you expressly ask for that immediate access at checkout and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once access has been opened. Our own fourteen-day guarantee, described in the Refund Policy, applies instead and is more favourable in practice.
7. What you may and may not do with the content
All content on the site — questions, explanations, study guides, text, design and code — belongs to ARENA or to its licensors and is protected by copyright.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the content for your own exam preparation, for the duration of your access. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, resell, share, scrape, or use the content to train a machine-learning model, or to build a competing product. Automated collection of the site’s content is prohibited.
8. Availability
We try to keep the site available at all times but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, or change or withdraw features. If a paid feature becomes permanently unavailable during your access period, contact us and we will put it right or refund the unused part.
9. Advertising
The free part of the site is funded by advertising. Advertisements are selected by our advertising partner and are not endorsements by us. We are not responsible for the products or the websites they lead to.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profits or opportunity, or for the outcome of any examination. Our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used fraudulently, or that is used to copy or redistribute our content. Where the breach is serious, no refund is due.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the courts within the jurisdiction of Lille, France.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, and you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country where the law allows it.
Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
